PP film blowing machine is mainly composed of extruder, head, die, cooling device, stable bubble frame, herring-plate, traction roll, winding device, etc. The barrel and screw of the extruder are made of high-quality alloy steel, which has the best hardness and corrosion resistance after nitriding and precision processing. Blowing film method: The water cooling method is used to make the film reach a high transparency. The winding device adopts pressure friction winding or central winding, and adopts torque motor adjustment, which makes the winding smooth and easy to change.
