The wall thickness of the storage container is 1.2mm, we make the mold with injectio cycle 15''; and we control the tolerance of wall thickness within 0.003mm.
The stripper plate is specially designed and mould base us strong enough to keep the storage box mould for high speed injection. It have extrem cooling and hot runner system. 2738 steel for good polish and duration, also have long mould life under high injection pressure.
