Description
Polyethylene Waxes are low molecular weight polyethylene-based additives designed for lubrication, pigment dispersion, and processing stability. These waxes deliver excellent thermal stability, controlled melt points, and broad polymer compatibility. They reduce friction, improve mold release, and enhance surface finish in PVC and engineering plastics. In masterbatch and filler compounding, they promote uniform pigment dispersion and consistent melt flow, improving product appearance and processing efficiency. In PVC extrusion, PE waxes provide external lubrication, reduced torque, and better surface gloss. Applications include color/filler masterbatches, pipes, profiles, SPC flooring, cables, and high-performance thermoplastics. Multiple grades are available to meet specific processing needs.
