Description
GMS and GTS are high?purity non?ionic esters designed as multifunctional processing aids and lubricants for thermoplastic applications. GMS acts as an internal/external lubricant, dispersing aid, and antistatic additive, improving filler and pigment dispersion, reducing die build?up, and enhancing surface finish in PVC pipes, profiles, cables, PE/PP compounds, TPEs, and masterbatches. GTS functions primarily as an external lubricant and mold?release agent, ensuring smooth processing, superior demolding, and improved surface gloss in rigid and flexible PVC, PE, PP, polystyrene, and masterbatches. Both esters enhance melt flow, optimize filler distribution, and support higher processing efficiency while contributing to cleaner extrusion surfaces and consistent product quality.
