IRRESTAB® Ca‑Zn stabilizers are eco‑friendly heat stabilizers delivering excellent thermal stability, color retention, and long‑term processability in PVC. Their balanced Ca‑Zn chemistry neutralizes HCl released during PVC degradation, prevents oxidation, and ensures controlled fusion and smooth dispersion. Designed for diverse PVC applications, these stabilizers enable consistent extrusion and molding with superior surface finish and weather resistance.
Grades & Applications:
• Pipes & Fittings: IRRESTAB 2008, 2010, 2020 – SWR, column pipes, electrical conduits.
• Flooring & Profiles: IRRESTAB 3015, 4015, 6010 – SPC, foam boards, window profiles.
• Wires & Cables: IRRESTAB 5005, 5015, 5025 – 70 °C / 90 °C / 110 °C cables.
• Flexible PVC: IRRESTAB 1020F – footwear and soft PVC injection.
Also used in foamed PVC and WPC, ensuring uniform cell structure and high‑quality surface aesthetics.
