Description
The three screws are arranged in an "in-line" meshing configuration. When rotating at high speed in the same direction, they achieve efficient homogenization and dispersion of materials through intense shearing, extrusion, kneading and grinding. Compared with traditional twin-screw extruders, it features an additional high-shear zone, with both plasticizing and mixing performance and production capacity doubled, enabling high-output extrusion. The increased specific surface area and improved surface renewal rate significantly enhance devolatilization efficiency.
Gearboxes are divided into three sub-series by torque: B (conventional), D (high torque), and G (high torque with a specific torque of 13). Optional imported high-torque gearboxes and safety torque couplings are available to upgrade performance.
Application Fields: High-fill modification, color masterbatches, reactive extrusion, exhaust devolatilization, mixing and granulation of biodegradable materials, etc.
