The efficient die heating system adopts an original heating compensation method, which ensures uniform and extremely fast heat supplementation. It only takes a few tens of seconds to heat from room temperature to 100°C, fully guaranteeing the thermal balance of the die surface, preventing issues such as hole blockage and uneven particles. It is safe, reliable in use, and has a long service life. In contrast, traditional electric heating rod systems have slow heat compensation speeds; the heating rods are prone to burnout, resulting in high maintenance costs.
The die surface and cutter head are made of special alloy wear-resistant materials. Equipped with a unique automatic centering tool setting system and a pneumatic flexible pressing method for the cutter disc, the blade fits uniformly with the die surface, and the pressing force is flexibly compensated.
