PP packing strap production line

Our PP strapping band production line is specially designed to manufacture polypropylene packing straps for general cargo packaging.
The biggest advantage is flexible raw material selection. It can run with virgin PP granules or recycled PP scraps. Different from PET strapping equipment, PP raw materials do not need complicated crystallization and drying equipment, which greatly cuts your early investment.
Equipped with PP dedicated extrusion screw and precise temperature control system, materials achieve excellent plasticization. Matched with synchronous traction and constant-temperature shaping technology, finished PP straps own stable straightness and uniform toughness, perfectly matching all types of automatic strapping machines.
The whole line adopts PLC centralized control with simple operation. We can configure continuous screen changer, embossing unit and full-automatic constant tension winder based on your requirement.
