PET packing strap production line

Our PET strapping band extrusion line is professionally developed to manufacture high-strength PET plastic steel straps.
The biggest advantage is good adaptability to recycled materials. The line supports both new PET granules and cleaned waste PET bottle flakes. Customers can build a closed-loop production chain by equipping crushing, washing and pelletizing machines, realizing self-processing recycled raw materials to greatly control production costs.
Equipped with professional crystallization and dehumidifying drying system, the equipment solves the common problem of PET hydrolysis. Combined with PET dedicated extrusion screw and precise temperature control system, raw materials achieve ideal plasticization. With synchronous traction, stretching and heat shaping technology, finished PET straps own stable tension, low creep and excellent tensile performance.
The whole line adopts PLC centralized control. The operation is simple. We can configure hydraulic continuous screen changer, embossing device, fully automatic winding machine according to customer demands.
