PE/PP Wood Plastic Composite Flooring Extrusion Line

Our PE & PP WPC flooring extrusion line adopts professional co-rotating twin-screw technology specially developed for wood plastic composite materials.
It can process PE or PP mixed with wood flour, bamboo powder and agricultural fiber. Recycled plastics can be used properly to greatly lower raw material expenditure.
Equipped with multi-stage vacuum exhaust structure, the equipment effectively eliminates moisture and volatile impurities, ensuring smooth board surface without pores or cracks.
Support one-step continuous extrusion, online embossing, cooling, traction and cutting. By replacing different molds, customers can produce solid/hollow outdoor decking, flooring, wall panels and fencing profiles.
The whole line runs under synchronized PLC automatic control. We offer flexible configuration according to customers’ target output. As a real machinery manufacturer, we supply complete turnkey service including technical formula support, equipment debugging and long-term after-sales support.
