Vacuum sizing tank with stable water circulation. Strictly control pipe outer diameter and roundness. Meet standard tolerance requirements for water supply, gas PE pipes.
3. Multi-section independent temperature control
Accurate temperature adjustment for each zone. Effectively prevent overheating decomposition or incomplete plasticization, improve finished pipe quality consistency.
4. Servo caterpillar traction machine
Stable traction speed with adjustable tension. Avoid pipe stretching, thinning and deformation, guarantee consistent wall thickness.
5. PLC full automatic control system
Integrated control of temperature, extrusion speed, traction speed and cutting. User-friendly operation, reduce manual errors, save labor cost.
6. Flexible specification conversion
By changing molds and sizing sleeves, the line can produce different diameters PE pipes for water supply, gas conveyance, drainage. One line for multiple products.
7. Optional automatic cutting & winding system
Equipped with planetary cutter for fixed-length cutting. Small-diameter pipes can match auto winding machine to realize continuous automatic production.
8. Energy-saving cooling system
Segmented circulating water cooling design, high cooling efficiency, lower overall power consumption.
9. Stable long-time continuous operation
Key wearing parts adopt wear-resistant alloy. Low failure rate, support 24-hour non-stop production, easy maintenance.
