POLYCOM – 101 MODIFIER, PROCESSING AID AND BONDING AGENT FOR DWC HDPE pipe
Key Advantages in Double wall HDPE Corrugated Pipe:
‧ Improves dispersion sharply and makes internal and external surface smooth & Glossy.
‧ Increases dosage of recycle material by 25%-50%
‧ Smoothens the manufacturing process.
‧ Removes white marks, spots, and roughness.
‧ Increases Tensile strength, Dart strength, Break strength and elongation.
‧ Thickness variation can be controlled.
Dosage: (POLYCOM-101)
0.5% to 1.5 % of POLYCOM is to be added keeping the usual formulation unchanged.
POLYCOM-101 can be used in Double walled HDPE corrugated Pipes as well as Single wall PP/HDPE corrugated Pipes.
