POLYCOM – 101 MODIFIER, PROCESSING AID AND BONDING AGENT FOR BLOWN FILM APPLICATION
Key Advantages:-
‧ Increases Tensile, Dart strength, Peak load and elongation
‧ In recycle increase dispersion, tensile, Dart strength and elongation drastically.
‧ Helps to reduce microns of the film, maintaining tensile and elongation.
‧ Excellent dispersion and shinning
‧ Improved surface finish.
‧ Increases calcium carbonate/ recycle to higher level.
‧ Thickness variation of film is controlled.
‧ Increases sealing properties.
‧ Enhances life of screw & barrel.
‧ Eliminates slippage.
‧ Reduces powder formations on the surface.
‧ Increases output of plant.
Dosage: (POLYCOM-101)
0.5% to 1.5 % of POLYCOM is to be added keeping the usual formulation unchanged.
POLYCOM-101 can be used in Mono Layer & Multi-Layer Films Extruder.
*Above dosages can be increased or decreased as per the plant parameters, raw material and manufacturing skills.
