Automatic Vacuum Thermoforming Machine

The machine uses a PLC-based system with a 10.1-inch color touchscreen, enhancing operational stability and response speed. An inverter motor ensures precise and smooth sheet dragging. It supports storing up to 1000 groups of production data for easy recall. The electric furnace has forward and backward functions, especially for PET sheets, and uses the Aoyi intelligent module for one-to-one temperature control. Features include a secondary vacuum system for shaping complex products, a silicone oil injection system, and an automatic cool-air shutoff. The upper mold is air-cylinder driven for accurate, average and stable. Additional functions include double-time upper mold action, multiple air-blow demolding, vertical vibration demolding, and a central pneumatic fine-tuning current limiting device. Chassis replacement is possible without removing the brake assemblies.
