Description
This machine uses a PLC programmable control system with a 10.1-inch color touchscreen for stable and responsive operation. It features a 200kg capacity cylinder lift for material feeding, silicone oil nozzles for mold release, and a heat-resistant stainless steel electric furnace with 60 heating tiles and intelligent temperature control for efficient heating of PET sheets. It supports a forming length up to 1220mm, width from 420–750mm, and height up to 160mm, with precise mold guidance and demolding functions. The adjustable chain rail uses servo-driven pulling for sheets up to 2.0mm (PP/PS) and 1.5mm (PVC/APET/ABS). Cooling includes 10 spray heads, a 5HP chiller, multiple cooling pipes, and fans. The product collection unit is electrically movable with pneumatic cutting. A high-capacity vacuum system enables fast, high-quality forming.
