Triple screw extruder has been used in the field of functional plastics preparation, high brightness coating preparation and convenient food processing. With its excellent mixing characteristics, good capacity ratio and small aspect ratio, the triple screw extruder has been paid attention to.
a. The three screws are arranged in parallel and meshed in the same direction;
b. Integrated vacuum system, compact structure;
c. Standard single screw metering feed, optional twin screw metering feed;
d. The screen changer and melt pump can be selected to increase the plasticizing effect of materials;
e. Optional side feed is used for blending modification of special materials;
f. Two stage feeding device can be selected to realize forced feeding and improve feeding stability;
g. It can be filled with glass fiber at the feeding port;
h. The liquid feeding port can be selected to realize the metering and feeding of special liquid components;
i. Close training function, good dispersion effect.
