Description
This twin screw extrusion line is built for processing engineering plastics such as PA6 and PA66 with high glass fiber loading (up to 50%). It features a wear-resistant barrel and screw set, vacuum degassing, and a high-efficiency side feeder to ensure optimal fiber distribution and minimal fiber breakage. Suitable for producing structural compounds for automotive parts, electrical enclosures, and industrial components, the line ensures consistent mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Optional underwater pelletizing or strand cutting systems are available to match different processing needs. This solution is ideal for high-performance nylon compounds with strict mechanical property requirements.
