This twin screw extrusion line is engineered for high-filler masterbatch production, especially for PP and PE compounds with calcium carbonate or talc. Featuring a segmented screw and modular barrel design, it allows for precise control of shear and residence time, enabling high filler loading up to 85% while maintaining good dispersion and plasticization. The high-torque gearbox and efficient venting system ensure stable output and excellent devolatilization. Ideal for producing cost-effective filled compounds used in injection molding, blow molding, and film applications, this extruder supports a wide range of inorganic fillers, including CaCO?, barium sulfate, and clay.
