Description
PPO HG20-BK, a 20% glass-fiber reinforced grade, delivers enhanced structural performance at a density of 1.21 g/cm³.
It provides high mechanical strength, including a tensile strength of 100 MPa, flexural strength of 141 MPa, and flexural modulus of 5126 MPa, alongside impact resistance (notched impact: 13.8 KJ/m²; unnotched impact: 58 KJ/m²). Thermally, it achieves an HDT (0.45 MPa) of 134°C, along with a melt flow rate (MFR: 7.8 g/10min @280°C/5kg) and low mold shrinkage (0.3–0.5%). Its flammability rating is UL94 HB @1.6mm.
Designed for injection molding in fluid engineering and electronic/electrical applications, this general-grade material is ideally suited for components requiring high rigidity, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance in demanding environments.
