PPO F130-BK delivers an exceptional balance of properties at a low density of 1.09 g/cm³.
It offers high mechanical strength, including a tensile strength of 57 MPa, flexural strength of 105 MPa, and flexural modulus of 2431 MPa, alongside outstanding toughness (notched impact: 21 KJ/m²). Thermally, it achieves an HDT (0.45 MPa) of 130°C, along with a melt flow rate (MFR: 10 g/10min @280°C/5kg) and low mold shrinkage (0.5–0.7%). Its flame retardancy meets UL94 V0 @1.6mm for critical fire-safety compliance.
Designed for injection molding in electronic/electrical, photovoltaic systems, new energy power batteries, and automotive applications, this general-grade material is ideally suited for structural components requiring integrated flame retardancy, electrical insulation, and mechanical stability.
