Description
PPO F100-OG delivers an exceptional balance of properties at a low density of 1.08 g/cm³.
It offers high mechanical strength, including a tensile strength of 50 MPa, flexural strength of 81 MPa, and flexural modulus of 2265 MPa, alongside outstanding toughness (notched impact: 18 KJ/m²; unnotched impact: "NB"). Thermally, it achieves an HDT (0.45 MPa) of 108°C, along with good melt flow (MFR: 23 g/10min @280°C/5Kg) and low mold shrinkage (0.5–0.7%), ensuring stable molding. Its flame retardancy meets UL94 V0 @1.6mm for critical fire-safety compliance.
Designed for electronic/electrical applications via injection molding, this material is ideally suited for components such as connectors, switches, and coil bobbins requiring integrated flame retardancy, electrical insulation, and structural stability.
