PPO FZ120 delivers specialized performance at a density of 1.24 g/cm³.
It provides robust mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of 60 MPa, flexural strength of 93 MPa, and flexural modulus of 2686 MPa, alongside impact resistance (notched impact: 9.3 KJ/m²; unnotched impact: "NB"). Thermally, it achieves an HDT (0.45 MPa) of 120°C, along with good melt flow (MFR: 15 g/10min @280°C/5kg) and low mold shrinkage (0.3–0.5%). Its flame retardancy meets UL94 V0 @3.2mm for critical fire safety.
Designed for injection molding in LED applications, this general-grade material is specifically engineered for light-shielding digit tubes requiring integrated flame retardancy, dimensional precision, and optical management properties.
