Azodicarbonamide

Azodicarbonamide, trade name foaming agent AC or blowing agent ADC, is a white or light yellow powder, non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, self-extinguishing.
It is easy to decompose into nitrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide when heated. Soluble nitrites and thiocyanates can promote their decomposition. The addition of ammonia, glycerin, and urea derivatives reduces its decomposition temperature.
